2025 Greg Dudkin SPIRIT of Innovation Award
Established in memory of longtime industry leader and former PPL COO, Greg Dudkin, the SPIRIT of Innovation Award is presented annually to a PPL non-union employee or team (manager level or below) who exemplifies the SPIRIT value of Innovation.
This award recognizes outstanding contributions in one or more of the following areas:
- Enhancing reliability and resiliency of our electric and gas networks through strategic investments.
- Advancing a clean energy transition while preserving affordability and reliability for our customers.
- Leveraging resources within and outside of PPL to drive operational efficiency and deliver long-term value for our customers and shareowners.
Nominees should have implemented an initiative with measurable and significant improvements in the areas noted above.
You may submit multiple nominations. All nominees will be reviewed by a committee of PPL Directors from across the enterprise.
We are dedicated to a fair and impartial evaluation process, ensuring that all nominations are judged equitably based solely on the strengths and merits of each submission. Submission entries will naturally vary in length. While it is important to be descriptive and thorough, no extra weight will be given for entries with a higher word count.
Nominations must be submitted by 11:59 P.M. on November 1, 2024. The winner(s) will be announced in early 2025.
