Hours of Operation

The watercraft season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Boat launches for boats, canoes or kayaks are open during daylight hours.

Rules & Regulations

We ask your help in keeping our rivers and shorelines a safe and beautiful place to visit. We ask that you adhere to the following rules:

• Keep Maine green. Do not litter.
• Heed all warning signs and safety buoys when boating.
• Swimming is prohibited at PPL Maine facilities.
• Be careful of steep slopes along the river.
• Park only in designated areas.
• Obey state and federal regulations for fishing and boating.
