Where We Produce Power

PPL Corporation has significant experience in power plant operation. PPL controls or owns nearly 12,000 megawatts of generating capacity in the northeastern and western United States.

Our power plants are low cost, use multiple fuels (coal, natural gas, oil, uranium and water) and are strategically located to provide PPL access to various markets. In addition, PPL develops, owns and operates a varied and growing portfolio of renewable energy projects.
