PPL Corporation (NYSE: PPL) has set the company's annual meeting of shareowners for Friday, April 26, 2002, at Lehigh University's Stabler Arena in Bethlehem, Pa. The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. (EST).

The company also announced that the annual meeting of PPL Electric Utilities Corp., a subsidiary of PPL Corporation, will be held Monday April 22, 2002, at 8 a.m. (EST) at the Clarion Hotel in downtown Allentown, Pa.
