PP&L, Inc. business offices will be closed Thursday and Friday (11/26-27) in observance of Thanksgiving.

Emergency service will be available throughout the holiday weekend. Customers may call at any time to report power outages, fallen wires and other electric service emergencies. The toll-free customer service number is 1-800-342-5775 (1-800-DIAL PPL).

Customers with routine business, such as requests for electric service or questions about their electric bill, are asked to call during the company's normal business hours, weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
