PP&L electric delivery service customers may call any time during the holiday weekend to report power outages and other electric service emergencies. PP&L's automated AnswerLine system is on duty 24 hours a day. The toll-free telephone number is 1-800-342-5775 (1-800-DIAL PPL).

Customers with nonemergency business, such as requests for electric service or questions about their electric bill, should call during PP&L's normal business hours, weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

PP&L EnergyPlus customers in Pennsylvania's electricity competition pilot program should call toll-free at 1-888-289-7693 weekdays between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. if they have questions about their electricity supply.
