PP&L electric delivery service customers may call any time during the weekend to report power outages and other electric-service emergencies using PP&L's automated Answer Line system. The 24-hour, toll-free numberis 1-800-342-5775 (1-800-DIAL PPL).

Customers with nonemergency business, such as requests for electric service or questions about their bill, should call during PP&L's normal business hours, weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

PP&L EnergyPlus customers calling about their energy supply should call toll-free at 1-888-289-7693 weekdays between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
