Join Pennsylvania Power & Light Co. at a ceremony to honor a Lehigh Valley company which has reached a milestone in new home construction.

PP&L will present an award to Blair Custom Homes of Bethlehem on Friday, March 21, at 10 a.m. at a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Blair's 1,000th all-electric house. The 1,000th house is located in the SpringWood Hills at Trexler Park development off Springhouse Road in Allentown.

Blair Custom Homes, a family-operated business, has been building quality houses in the Lehigh Valley for 35 years. The 1,000th house features a geothermal heating and cooling system, the latest advancement in clean, efficient electric heating and cooling.

To get to the ceremony, turn into the SpringWood Hills development off of Springhouse Road and follow the signs.
