Water Tower Square Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

You are invited to cover a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday (6/13) at 10 a.m. for Water Tower Square, a new office and light-industrial complex in the former C.A. Reed paper products plant in Williamsport.

Developers are renovating the once-vacant factory, creating opportunities for business growth in Williamsport. Water Tower Square contains 140,000 square feet of modern office space and 190,000 square feet of warehouse and light-industrial space.

Plus, the building is heated and cooled by efficient, clean and renewable geothermal technology. The unique energy source for the geothermal system is treated effluent from the nearby Williamsport Municipal Waste Water Treatment Plant.

Tour the building, talk with the developers and learn more about how the building uses treatment plant effluent for heating and cooling.

Water Tower Square is located at 1000 Commerce Drive in Williamsport, just off the Faxon exit of Interstate 180.
