PP&L electric delivery service customers may call any time during the holidays to report power outages and other emergencies. The 24-hour, toll-free number is 1-800-342-5775 (1-800-DIAL PPL).

Customers with nonemergency business, such as requests for electric service or questions about their bill, should call during PP&L's normal business hours, weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Pennsylvania electric competition pilot program customers with questions about PP&L EnergyPlus may call toll-free, 1-888-289-7693, weekdays between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. except Dec. 24, 25 and 31, and Jan. 1.
