A message from PP&L:
The heavy snow has been hard on everyone. PP&L is having an especially tough time reading customers’ electric meters.
As a result, more people can expect to get a bill that’s based on an estimate of their electricity use for the past month.
PP&L will "true up" any estimated bills after the next meter reading.
As road conditions and access to meters improve, PP&L will be able to resume its normal standard of reading meters. PP&L appreciates the understanding and cooperation of its customers.
