Bluebird Trail
The Bluebird Trail is designed to increase awareness and understanding of the natural history and conservation of the Eastern Bluebird. This trail, three-quarters of a mile long, passes through hedgerows, old fields and along several seeps. An interpretive booklet offers pertinent information about bluebirds.
Development of the trail is part of PPL's strong commitment to responsible land management practices. PPL-owned lands are managed for many uses, such as farming, wildlife, soil conservation, timber, natural areas, recreation and industry. Both the quality of the environment and the economy of the area benefit from these practices.
