Martins Creek Cleanup Phase IV Work Plan 

The Phase IV Work Plan, which has been submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, presents the purpose and scope of investigations PPL will perform to supplement the river-wide assessment programs done since September 2005.
