Holders of PPL Corporation Common Stock and PPL Electric Utilities Corp. Preferred Stock can have their quarterly dividend payment electronically transferred to their checking or savings account. A notification that your dividend was electronically sent to your bank will be mailed to you.

The Direct Deposit service provides a safe and convenient way to receive your quarterly dividend payment. You can feel secure knowing that checks will not be lost, stolen, misplaced or delayed in the mail.
