PPL Electric Utilities provides ice and water at no charge to customers without power because of severe storms. Each customer can obtain a maximum of three 10-pound bags of ice (or two 5-pound blocks of dry ice) and three gallons of water daily by going to one of the following vendors.
If the listed vendors are not conveniently located for you, you may go to the store closest to you, purchase ice and water, and submit a receipt to PPL Electric Utilities for reimbursement. Submit the receipt along with your bill account number to:
