PPL partnered with the Montana Meth Project on a statewide anti-drug art competition called Paint the State. The contest offered 13- to 18-year-olds a way to get involved in fighting methamphetamine abuse, a leading concern of Montana residents.

Students competed for $6,000 cash awards in each of the 56 counties in Montana and a statewide grand prize of $10,000.

The Montana Meth Project is a nonprofit organization that uses a range of advertising and community action programs to reduce methamphetamine use among Montana teens.
