PPL encourages and supports employee volunteerism. To guide employee involvement, PPL has established a Community of Volunteers program. More than 1,500 employees are registered in the Community of Volunteers database. These employees perform thousands of hours of volunteer work.

Through Community of Volunteers, all stakeholders benefit — PPL, its employees and the communities where we live and work.

In addition, PPL encourages employees to serve in leadership roles with organizations that make a positive difference in the community. These volunteers come from all levels of the company.
