Electricity Generation

PPL Corporation has a long history and significant experience in power plant operation. Our power plants are low-cost, use varied fuels (coal, natural gas, oil, uranium and water) and are strategically located to provide access to markets where electricity is needed most. The company has made significant investments in its coal-fired power plants to improve environmental performance.
