Business Resource Groups

The African-American Business Resource Group will foster an environment of inclusion within PPL Corporation, partner with PPL to create a strong economic base in the African-American community and actively contribute to the promotion of diversity within the company and the community.

The Latino Business Resource Group will advance the Company's competitiveness and support the community by promoting the Latino culture, provide a forum for leadership, job skills and employee development.

The Christian Business Resource Group (CBRG) was formed in October 2002. Our mission is to encourage CBRG members and employees to respect, support and intercede for one another. We hope to enhance fellowship, communication, and relationships within the PPL community.

The purpose of GLOW is to provide a unifying vehicle for gay and lesbian employees at PPL so they can share their common experiences and mutual support, and work towards making PPL a desirable place to work for all current and prospective employees.

The vision of the PPL Women's Network ("PWN") is to have a work culture and atmosphere that is conducive to attracting and retaining qualified women in a variety of positions in PPL who are valued by the Company and are contributing to the Company's success in a highly competitive environment.

The Engineering Business Resource Group is dedicated to promoting the engineering profession within the communities where PPL does business. Members of the ERG volunteer in the community in a number of ways, including education, career guidance, judging student competitions and making presentations to students and teachers at schools and universities.
