Boat Launch

PPL maintains a boat launch ramp and picnic facilities on the Susquehanna River near the mouth of the Conewago Creek. The river is about a mile wide at that point with a moderate current. Parking is available. The facility is open during daylight hours.

For your safety and protection, the following are not permitted in the boat access area:

• Alcoholic beverages
•  Camping
•  Open fires
•  Hunting
• Trash dumping
