Programs and Workshops

PPL’s Brunner Island Environmental Preserve offers environmental education programs for the public year-round. Topics include bald eagles, wildflowers, community heritage and boater education.

PPL understands the critical role quality education plays in society. It is a solid foundation for our children and one of the keys to future economic growth.

Since 1989, PPL has offered its award-winning Teaching Environmental Awareness workshops annually to provide teachers in Grades K-12 with the information and expertise they need to give their students a better understanding of the environment.
